Former Santander Bank, Rochdale
This former Santander Bank was Permicoat's first waterproofing project in partnership with Flex-R Ltd with the installation of a Rubberbond EPDM system & roof access walkway.
Spinners Mill, Leigh
With technical assistance from Flex-R, this Grade II listed building and former cotton mill required the installation of a Rubberbond Fleece backed EPDM system, 108 roof breathers & a walkway.
